Norman
H. Becker has been self-employed in the practice of public
accounting in Hollywood, Florida since January 1985. Prior
to that, he was a partner in the accounting firm of Touche
Ross & Co. and its predecessor company, J.K. Lasser
& Company. Mr. Becker is a graduate of City College
of New York (Bernard Baruch School of business), and is

a member of a number of professional accounting associations
including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and
the Dade Chapter of Florida Institute of Certified Public
Accountants .
