With
20 years of extensive experience in the South Florida real
estate market, Barry has established a track record of achieving
high profit results in business development, cost control,
strategic planning, and team building. Now his goal is to
apply his leadership skills to the success of the HRT Team.
The
name, Havari Realty Trust LLC, is derived from the Hebrew
word for "friends", for relationships are the
foundation of the Company.
Prior
to establishing HRT, Barry was Chief Operating Officer &
Senior Vice President of America's Capital Partners in Miami
with offices throughout Florida and in Northern Virginia.
ACP is a private company that integrates equity placement
and capital market access with leasing, management and development
services. His management role ensured tenant retention through
effective asset management and customer service.
As
National Director, Asset Services Group, of Cushman &
Wakefield's national assignment for American Express, Barry
was responsible for the operational

management
of all commercial real estate. During his tenure as Senior
Portfolio Manager of the Southeast Region, he significantly
increased net operating profits and was designated Asset
Manager of the Year.
Barry
held the position of Vice President of Asset Services &
Project Management with Lehrer & Co., a full service
commercial real estate company in Ft. Lauderdale where he
was responsible for the operation and construction management
of office, retail and industrial properties. He supervised
tenant and capital improvements, tenant relations, budgeting,
associate training and development.
Previous
to Cushman & Wakefield, Barry was Southeast Regional
Director of Facilities Management for Federated Department
Stores in Miami, Florida.
A
New Jersey native, Barry is a graduate of William Patterson
College and holds a Masters of Business Administration from
New York University.
